The Family Code of Ukraine:

Article 123. Affiliation of a child born as a result of applying assisted reproductive technologies

1. If the wife bears a child conceived as a result of assisted reproductive technologies upon the written consent of her husband, he is registered as the child’s father.

2. If an embryo, conceived by the spouses with the use of assisted reproductive technologies, is implanted into the body of another woman, the spouses shall be the parents of the child.

3. Spouses are affiliated as the parents of a child born by wife after implanting into her body an embryo conceived by her husband and another woman as a result of the application of assisted reproductive technologies.
